Job summary

WellFort in Brampton, ON is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant for a part-time, 0.4 FTE, permanent position at two Brampton clinics. The role supports Health n’ Smiles by preparing operatory setups, ensuring infection control, and assisting the dental team.

Qualifications

• Certified Level II training with ODAA certification.
• At least three years' experience in a large dental clinic.
• One year experience in a community dental clinic.
• Ability to function and work cooperatively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dental software Abeldent and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
• Ability to speak languages relevant to residents of the Region of Peel.

Responsibilities
