Job summary

Scarboro Mazda in Scarborough, part of the greater Toronto area, is seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to maintain, diagnose and repair customer vehicles to ensure safety and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has AST Class A, a college diploma or trade certificate, valid driver’s license, and dealership experience. You will perform inspections, write clear quotes, and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.

• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Provide written, prioritized quotes for necessary additional work.
• Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisor.
• Perform road tests.
• Perform safety inspections.
• Review and analyze actions regularly to improve time utilization.
