  • Provide strategic and transformational leadership by advancing long-term priorities into measurable actions.
  • Strengthen organizational and leadership capacity with an inclusive, accountable culture.
  • Drive operational excellence and modernization across a multi-union organization with robust governance and risk management.
  • Advance client-directed service and quality, ensuring safe, accessible and equitable services.
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients, employees, unions, funders and other partners to support sustainability and impact.
  • Partner with the Board to ensure governance and policy implementation.
