Central Support Administrator

About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Central Support Administrator is an entry level position that forms an important part of the Branch Network support team. This position will work closely and provide support services along side Insurance Advisor in the region. The key to success in this role is having strong administrative skills, open to learning new skills and staying organized in a busy environment with changing priorities.

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing regular support services to branch offices such as reviewing insurance documents, ensuring accurate entry of information into EPIC and insurance company portals;
• Processing new, renewals, policy changes and billing accounts;
• Maintaining strong working relationships with brokers and possibly underwriters;
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Candidates must possess their Level 1 Insurance License or be committed to obtaining it upon hire.
• Must have strong computer knowledge working in MS Office applications.
• Working knowledge of EPIC is an asset.
