Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are pursuing or hold a Level 1 Insurance License, and are proficient in MS Office. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in a busy, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates must possess Level 1 Insurance License or commit to obtaining it upon hire.
• Strong computer knowledge with MS Office; EPIC experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular support services to branch offices, including reviewing insurance documents and entering information into EPIC and insurer portals.
• Process new business, renewals, policy changes, and billing accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and possibly underwriters.
• Other duties as assigned.
