Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Cement Production Supervisor to lead 12-hour shift teams in a cement manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality and continuous improvement while coordinating production activities and meeting production targets.

We have a current opening for a safety-focused and results-driven Cement Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading production activities, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within our cement manufacturing operation.
Lead and coordinate production activities across 12-hr shift crews to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
Supervise, coach, and support production employees while promoting employee engagement and accountability.
Monitor plant performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established operating procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to optimize plant performance and resolve production challenges.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or related environment.
Strong commitment to safety leadership, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship.
Proven ability to analyze operational issues, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Effective communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt to changing conditions, and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts
Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
Requires regular plant inspections, field presence, and interaction with production personnel.
May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.
