Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Cement Production Supervisor to lead 12-hour shift crews, drive safety, quality, and efficiency in our cement manufacturing facility. You will coach teams, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve production challenges.

The role requires strong safety leadership, the ability to analyze issues, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment in Picton, Ontario.
