Job summary

WQS NDTInc. is seeking an experienced CEDO (Certified Exposure Device Operator) to join our NDT team in Edmonton, Alberta. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong teamwork within a best-in-class culture.

Ideal candidates hold CGSB CEDO certification and are committed to full compliance with safety standards, including drug and alcohol policies. A valid driver’s license is required, with additional certifications considered assets.

Qualifications

• CGSB Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO) – Preference for multi-ticketed technicians.
• Must be Fit for Duty and able to comply with safety requirements including drug/alcohol testing.
• Valid driver’s license with a 3-year driving abstract.
• First Aid and Confined Space certifications are assets.
• Strong technical skills as a reliable, safety-focused NDT technician.

What You Will Bring

• CGSB Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO)- Preference will be given to multi-ticketed technicians; however, all qualified CEDO technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Must be Fit for Duty at all times and able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace, including alcohol and drug testing.
• Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory 3-year driver abstract.
• First Aid and Confined Space certifications are assets.
