Job summary

Oxford International Halifax Centre seeks a proactive Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program Manager to lead the Halifax program and ensure delivery of a high-quality student experience. You will oversee instructors, practicum coordination, budgeting, and compliance to meet accreditation standards.

Working with admissions, student services, curriculum, and campus leadership, you will develop partnerships with healthcare providers, monitor enrolment and outcomes, and drive continuous process

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Clear background or criminal record check.
• RN/LPN in Canada; BScN preferred.
• Master's degree is an asset.
• Post-secondary teaching or adult education credential is an asset.
• Experience in healthcare education and program management.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and enrolment targets experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrolment growth, program performance, and financial objectives.
• Oversee practitioners, practicum coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Build partnerships with healthcare employers and regulators.
• Collaborate with admissions, curriculum, student services, and campus leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
