About the Role

Homewood Health is seeking registered mental health professionals for our Enhanced Mental Health Care Program. This position involves providing in-person services on an occasional, contract basis.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches for treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use concerns.
2. Develop and monitor treatment plans using our Measurement-Based Care platform.
3. Maintain adherence to professional standards and best practices.
4. Participate in clinical consultations with the management team as needed.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
2. Registration or clinical membership with the relevant governing body, with the ability to deliver Psychotherapy services in your province.
3. 3 to 5 years of clinical counselling experience post-Master’s degree.
4. Experience with Trauma/PTSD counselling, especially with First Responder populations, is a strong asset.
5. Specialized training or experience with First Responder populations is preferred.
6. Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or more.
7. Proficiency in English or French.
8. Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
