Serebro Health is a fully remote psychotherapy clinic committed to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. Our therapeutic model utilizes an integrative approach including : Person-Centered and Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical and Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to help clients reduce stress, improve well-being, and realize their full potential.

Role Description

We’re looking for a CRPO-registered Psychotherapist to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote position, but you must reside in Ontario and be licensed to practice under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

In this role, you’ll begin by building a caseload with light clinical admin responsibilities and transition into a client-focused workload as your practice grows. You’ll conduct virtual sessions, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with CRPO guidelines.

We offer strong administrative support, a secure tech platform and hardware setup, and a tiered salary model to ensure your compensation grows with your caseload.

Compensation

We provide a tiered salary structure based on your active client caseload.

Tier 1 : Up to 10 clients – $45,000 / year

Tier 2 : 11–15 clients – $65,000 / year

Tier 3 : 16–20 clients – $95,000 / year

• Pay rates are reviewed annually

Optional Overload : Up to 25 clients permitted. Additional per-client compensation is provided beyond 20 clients.

All new therapists are expected to reach Tier 1 (10+ clients) within 6–12 months.

Clinical Exclusivity Policy

This is a permanent employee position, not an independent contractor role . As such, therapists hired by Serebro Health are considered part of our internal clinical team and are expected to practice exclusively within the clinic for the duration of their employment.

To ensure continuity of care, protect client confidentiality, and avoid clinical conflicts of interest, therapists may not provide psychotherapy or counselling services through other clinics, private practices, or telehealth platforms during their employment with Serebro Health, unless explicitly authorized in writing by management.

This exclusivity applies only during active employment and does not restrict professional activity after the employment relationship ends.

What You'll Need

Required

• Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
• Training and experience in one or more approaches (including CBT, IFS, DBT, Narrative Therapy, or related evidence-based modalities)
• Ability to work independently and manage remote sessions
• Strong communication, empathy, and clinical judgment
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace (we will also provide a stipend to support)
• A privacy- and security-first mindset : Protecting client confidentiality is central to how we operate.

Preferred

• Familiarity with platforms such as Noterro or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with the military community and / or emergency services
• Bilingual (English / French or other languages) is an asset
