Compass Group Canada is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead on-site event staff and ensure impeccable service from setup to closeout. You will manage timelines, coordinate schedules, and maintain order while engaging with clients and managers to deliver a superior dining experience.

How you will make an Impact: Our Catering Supervisors are the face of the company for on-site events. This position requires a very special skill set and personality. Managing a catered event requires solution-based thinking, speed and sense of urgency while following timelines, as well as attention to detail for service floor plans and table maps for plated dinners. This is a leadership role that requires managing the on-site staff and keeping everyone on task, while also overseeing the entire scope of service and liaising with our clients.
The hourly wage rate for this position is $25. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
