Qualifications

• Previous experience in the catering, hospitality, food service, or culinary industry.
• Experience supporting food preparation or kitchen operations is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of service techniques and event management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Event planning and coordination of catering services and special events.
• Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Guide, train, and support service employees while ensuring compliance with standards and safety.
• Contribute to budget planning and monitor food and labor costs for profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, records, and operating reports.
• Provide hands-on support during events and peak periods and adapt to priorities.
