Job summary

Pembina Trails School Division is seeking a Youth Activity Worker for the Lighthouse Project in Winnipeg. Two casual positions are available; start date is October 19, 2026 and end date is March 24, 2027. The role is approximately 3 hours per week, Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.

Hourly salary is $20.00. You will supervise youth, manage equipment and facilities, and assist in training volunteers. You may prepare spaces for leisure programs and work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises youth participants and manages equipment and facilities.
• Conducts recreational activities as assigned.
• Acts as a resource to youth.
• Assists in training and development of youth leaders and volunteers.
• Prepares facilities for leisure programs.
• Works evenings and weekends as required.
