Job summary

A community support service provider in the Greater Vancouver area is seeking a Casual Support Worker. The role involves assisting clients to develop skills and achieve independence. The ideal candidate will have experience with developmental disabilities, possess a relevant educational background, and be able to work flexible shifts across various locations including Vancouver, Richmond, and Surrey. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to implement instructional and proactive training programs for clients.
• Must be able to perform lifts and transfers of 25 lbs.
