Dundurn Place Care Centre in Hamilton, ON is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate resident-focused care and uphold the Home's philosophy of kindness. Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario as Registered Nurse or a RN registered with a regulatory authority in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Basic CPR
• Experience in long term care is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify care plans based on residents' health care needs.
• Coordinate with health care personnel, agencies and families.
• Supervise unit activities and evaluate performance of PSWs and RPNs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and report changes to SDM/POA.
