Job summary

Karis Disability Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to help people with developmental disabilities live independently in their homes and communities. You will support daily living, encourage skill-building, and ensure participants exercise their rights and choices.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

Pay rate $22.99

Requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation
