Donalda Club, a prestigious private club in Toronto, seeks a Casual Dining Server (Permanent, Full-Time) to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, non-tipping environment. You will support the team, maintain an immaculate dining room, and ensure superb guest experiences.

Report to the Food & Beverage Manager; flexible scheduling and competitive compensation of $18.00–$23.00 per hour apply, with benefits including parking and staff meals.

Qualifications

• High School completion and hospitality-related study preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and teamwork.
• Wine knowledge is an asset.
• Experience with POS systems (JONAS) is an asset.
• Smart Serve Certificate is required.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed, guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional food and beverage service.
• Prepare dining areas before service: table setup, buffet prep, restocking condiments.
• Be knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and fitness offerings.
• Keep tables, stations, glassware, and cutlery clean and polished.
• Enter orders and member information into the Jonas system accurately.
• Handle guest and member concerns with professionalism and care.
• Open and close the dining room per standards.
• Represent Donalda Club following dress code and service standards.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.

We are seeking a Casual Dining Server who enjoys delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will also support the team to create memorable guest experiences.

If you take pride in delivering friendly, professional service, maintaining an immaculate dining environment, supporting your teammates, and representing Donalda Club with care, accuracy, and professionalism in every guest interaction, we want you on our team.

Please note that Donalda Club is a non-tipping environment.

What You’ll be doing:

• Delivering friendly, professional food and beverage service
• Preparing dining areas before service, including table setup, buffet preparation, and restocking condiments
• Staying knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and fitness offerings
• Keeping tables, service stations, glassware, and cutlery clean and polished
• Accurately entering orders and member information into the JONAS system
• Handling guest and member concerns with professionalism and care
• Opening and closing the dining room according to standards
• Representing Donalda Club with pride by following dress code and service standards

What We’re Looking for:

• Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of wine service is an asset
• Experience with P.O.S. systems (JONAS) is an asset
• Smart Serve Certificate (required)
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, mannerly, and guest-focused

Compensation:

The expected compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
