Job summary

Cineplex is hiring Cast Members to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience across concessions, on the floor and at the box office.

You’ll thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, guest-facing environment with flexible evening and late-night hours and opportunities to grow within our theatre network.

Wage starts at CAD 16.60–17.60 per hour for student hires. We offer tuition assistance, an Employee Assistance Program, flexible hours and employee discounts on meals and beverages.

Qualifications

• You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• You enjoy the flexibility evenings and late nights can afford you.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service across concessions, floor, and box office.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and purchases while maintaining theatre standards.
• Support daily theatre operations and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and adapt to changing responsibilities.

Cast Member Cineplex’s Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
