• Review daily specials and promotions.
• Remember menu items, prices and hours of operation.
• Take orders and enter into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Keep tables clean and ready for the next guest.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area at all times.
• Ensure required items at service stations are in place.
• Balance sales receipts at end of shift.
• Assist management with inventory control and compliance.
