Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Dual Shift Supervisor, the Counter Attendant is responsible for following all policies and procedures within the Casino. They aim to provide guests with an enjoyable and positive experience. Responsibilities include accurately entering food and beverage orders into the POS system, serving items promptly, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring service stations are stocked, balancing sales receipts, attending meetings and training, and adhering to safety protocols. The role involves frequent standing and walking, with periods requiring concentration and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in a server and/or cashier role in a fast-paced environment. Casino food and beverage operational experience is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume foodservice.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Foodservice and cash handling experience with Proserve certification is required.
