Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Dual Shift Supervisor, the Counter Attendant is responsible for following all policies and procedures within the Casino. The role involves ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience, accurately entering food and beverage orders into the POS system, serving items promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring service stations are stocked before and after shifts. The attendant will also balance sales receipts at shift end, attend meetings and training, and follow all safety and health protocols. This position requires frequent standing and walking, along with periods of concentration and attention to detail.

Must be able to work

Flexible hours including nights and weekends as required.

Education and Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced server and/or cashier role. Casino food and beverage operational experience is an asset.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume foodservice environment.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Foodservice and cash handling experience with Proserve certification.
