Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Dual Shift Supervisor, the Counter Attendant is responsible for following all policies and procedures within the Casino. The role involves making each guest's experience enjoyable and positive by accurately entering food and beverage orders into the POS system, serving items promptly, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring service stations are stocked before and after shifts, balancing sales receipts, and attending required meetings and training. The Counter Attendant must also prioritize guest safety and adhere to safe work practices. The position requires frequent standing and walking, along with periods of concentration and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in a server and/or cashier role in a fast-paced environment. Casino food and beverage operational experience is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume food service.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Foodservice and cash handling experience with Proserve certification.
