Job summary

Lahal Casino Management is seeking an Analyst, Business Intelligence to join the Business Strategy and Data Analytics team in Richmond, BC. You will develop analyses, dashboards, and models to understand performance and opportunities across the organization.

Collaborating with leaders, you will forecast gaming volumes, enhance data quality, and deliver insights to inform operational and strategic decisions. Familiarity with Looker, dbt, and Google Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (business, CS, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts to support analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops analysis and reports to understand performance and opportunities.
• Collaborates with Strategy and Data Analytics teams to build robust pipelines.
• Develops models/tools to forecast gaming volumes.
• Delivers insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Leverages analytics tools and cloud tech to enhance reporting and data quality.
• Supports marketing strategy with customer lists and forecasts.
• Provides Looker reports and forecasts for operational planning.
• Works with Data Product team to improve data pipelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
