Responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service:
   • Engage positively with customers and provide excellent service.
   • Greet customers warmly and maintain a neat checkout area.
   • Accurately scan or enter product data and handle transactions including cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum points.
   • Ask customers for their PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
2. Merchandising:
   • Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns.
   • Maintain designated areas with proper facing, signing, and labeling.
3. Loss Prevention:
   • Follow loss prevention standards.
   • Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventories.
4. General:
   • Present a professional image according to dress code and uniform policies.
   • Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
   • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
   • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, neatness, and efficiency.

Experience:
