Job summary

La Vie en Rose, a proudly local retailer with more than 5000 employees and more than 300 stores across Canada and in 19 countries around the globe (100 stores).

You’re the ideal candidate for us if you have previous customer service experience, are quick and methodical, listen to customers’ needs, and are good with numbers. This permanent, part-time role may require working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
