Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Quebec is hiring for a permanent, part-time role focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll listen to customers, assist with purchases, and help them find the right lingerie and swimwear while maintaining accuracy at the register.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, quick and methodical, comfortable with numbers, and available for holidays and busy periods. Bilingual skills are an asset in this diverse team.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
