Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a part-time associate in Quebec to deliver outstanding customer service and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will engage with customers, suggest related products, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, is quick and methodical, and can listen to customers’ needs. Bilingual ability is an asset and holiday availability is a plus.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
