La Vie en Rose in Quebec seeks a permanent, part-time sales associate to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find lingerie and swimwear.

You'll upsell, process transactions accurately, explain returns, and maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment. The role supports a growing chain with a local presence and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Make each customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable with friendly service.
• Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction.
• Handle transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Explain return policies clearly to customers.
• Answer the phone professionally and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow policies of head office departments and assist the team.
• Perform other duties to support the team as needed.

• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
