La Vie en Rose in Montreal is seeking a part-time, temporary retail associate to join a diverse team designing lingerie and swimwear. You will deliver friendly service, handle transactions accurately, and help customers find products while explaining policies and promotions.

• You have previous customer service experience.
• You are quick and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction.
• Being careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register.
• Explaining return policies to customers clearly.
• Answering the phone in a professional manner.
• Keeping your work area clean and ensuring you have everything you need to work efficiently.
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
