Job summary

Goodness Me! in Guelph is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to be the first and last contact for customers at the checkout. You will help ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience while handling transactions and answering questions.

You will scan items, verify pricing, process returns, keep the checkout area tidy, and resolve customer concerns. Morning and closing shifts require flexibility, and prior retail experience is an asset.

You will be the first and last contact for customers entering and exiting the store. Your role is to be friendly, helpful and efficient, ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable experience.
