To provide our guests with efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service while following all policies and procedures of SAIT. This position will be well informed of menu items and ingredients, as well as, preparation methods. It is important to be familiar with the ingredients to ensure a quick response to guest questions, as well as, be better prepared to offer suggestions to accommodate allergies and preferences.
