Job classification: P2023 - Senior Development Officer
Salary range: $85,000-$105.000. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.
Hours per week: 37.5
Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year

As the key relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of industry associations, corporations, and partners, you will identify, cultivate, and steward partnerships that drive impact across the institution.
Working through a OneSAIT approach, you will connect industry opportunities with academic schools, research centres, and departments to create collaborative, high-value outcomes. As a trusted representative of SAIT, you will engage directly with industry leaders, bring together cross-functional teams, and use data, insights, and CRM tools to inform strategy, enhance engagement, and maximize partnership success.
