Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services in Vancouver is hiring a Cash Room Processor for a casual position. You will process cash, coins and other negotiable documents, and support secure cash handling operations.

You must be reliable, organized, and able to work varying shifts. Proficiency with MS Office and a willingness to comply with security regulations are required.

On-site parking is available, and GardaWorld offers growth opportunities within an international company.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling is preferred.
• Reliable transport required.

• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, coins and other negotiable documents.
• Enter ABM envelopes, night deposits or ATM returns into the processing system accurately.
• Generate reports for clients and balancing.
• Maintain security and follow GardaWorld regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Work on a variety of shifts to meet operational needs.

What you will be doing

• Processing cash, coins and other negotiable documents
• Able to comfortably bend and lift upwards of 50 lbs
• Generate the required reports for clients and other balancing purposes
• Enter contents of customer’s ABM envelopes, night deposits or ATM returns into a cash processing system ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained at all times
• Respect GardaWorld politics and security regulations
• Maintain departmental productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
• All other related tasks
