Job summary

GardaWorld Cash in Vancouver, BC, is hiring for a casual cash-handler role. This on-site position offers a starting wage of CAD 21.66 per hour and requires reliable transport, shift flexibility, and strong safety awareness.

You will process cash and negotiables, generate client reports, and ensure accurate data entry for deposits and ATM returns while maintaining productivity and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transport required to report to work.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational needs.
• Committed to safe job performance and accuracy.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling fast-paced environments and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, coins and other negotiable documents.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required.
• Generate reports for clients and balancing purposes.
• Enter contents of ABM envelopes, night deposits or ATM returns into the system with accuracy.
• Adhere to GardaWorld policies and security regulations.
• Maintain productivity standards within the department.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform related tasks.

What you will be doing

• Processing cash, coins and other negotiable documents
• Able to comfortably bend and lift upwards of 50 lbs
• Generate the required reports for clients and other balancing purposes
• Enter contents of customer’s ABM envelopes, night deposits or ATM returns into a cash processing system ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained at all times
• Respect GardaWorld politics and security regulations
• Maintain departmental productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
• All other related tasks
