About The Role

Every payment applied, every deposit reconciled, every account kept accurate - that's the quiet engine that keeps Grand & Toy's cash flow moving, and as our Cash App & A/R Support Coordinator, you'll be right at the center of it. Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments - Accurately and promptly apply payments received to the correct customer accounts.
• Support sales & customer service requests - Respond to requests such as filling in vendor forms and confirming payment status.
• Support AR functions - Assist with loading invoices into customer portals, completing refund requests, reconciling accounts when needed, completing dunning, and requesting proof of delivery (POD).
• Handle bank visits - Visit the bank as needed to complete deposit-related activities.
• Take on ad hoc duties - Support the team with additional tasks as needed, such as sending invoices.

Who You Are

• Detail-Oriented - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when applying payments and reconciling accounts.
• A/R & Cash Application Foundation - Experience in a computerized Cash Application, AR, or customer service environment, with an understanding of the full A/R cycle.
• Strong Communicator - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized Multitasker - Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Customer-Centric Problem Solver - Works well independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues.
• Tech-Comfortable - Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with billing/EDI portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is an asset.
• Entry-Level Friendly - Secondary school completion required; approximately 1 year of related experience.
