The Case Manager Employment Consultant plays a key role in supporting clients to secure and maintain meaningful employment by creating tailored action plans and providing continuous guidance. This position focuses on building strong relationships with clients and community partners, advocating for job opportunities, and addressing employment barriers. The role requires proactive engagement in tracking client progress, managing case files, and ensuring alignment with YMCA and funder standards. A results-driven approach is essential to meet program goals and drive the success of employment initiatives.
