Jean Tweed Centre in Toronto is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate wrap-around services for women facing mental health and substance use challenges. You will provide counselling and case management, ensuring comprehensive support and timely referrals to health and community services.

How will you help to get us there?
Pay:CA$28.84 - CA$33.73 per hour
Location: 150 Elizabeth St, Toronto, ON
Hours of Work: The hours of work are 9:00am-5:00pm (with a rotation of evenings and weekends)
