Job summary

Farm Boy is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will engage with customers and team members, greet customers, assist with groceries, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include keeping aisles tidy, stocking, and supporting store operations. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a welcoming attitude and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Equivalence of education and experience considered for applicants.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organization.

• Connect with customers by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products and services.
• Greet customers and assist with carrying groceries from the store to their vehicles using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Take responsibility for maintaining clean and safe work, storage, and front-of-store areas, including cart retrieval, sweeping, and seasonal walkway clearing.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Support store operations by assuming other related duties on a periodic basis.
