Farm Boy in Ontario is seeking a team member who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll deliver warm, confident service, help keep the department looking its best, and ensure accurate signage and presentation across displays.

You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, maintain cleanliness, follow Health & Safety policies, and support opening/closing procedures while working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities available.

Formación

• Must have a passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions; flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Greet, assist, and inform customers about products and services.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise with high-quality presentation and clear signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through housekeeping duties.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and equipment usage policies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Contribute to additional duties as required.

With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.


• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.


• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.


• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.


• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.


• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
