Farm Boy in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a friendly team member to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain beautiful product displays. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience and support customers throughout their visit.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers hands-on duties in a dynamic retail setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is asset; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in quality results and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with multiple deadlines, standing, lifting, and varying temperatures.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays; fluency in English; French asset.

• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.


• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.


• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.


• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.


• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
