Job summary

Sunnybrook is seeking a skilled carpenter to support hospital facilities. The role covers construction and repair of cabinets, drywall, ceilings, and hardware, as well as flooring and layout preparation.

You will travel to different campuses as needed and work with a team to maintain high safety and quality standards. Candidates should hold Ontario certification in carpentry, have extensive hands-on carpentry experience in healthcare settings, and be capable of working independently with strong

Qualifications

• Must have valid Province of Ontario Certificate of Qualification in Carpentry.
• Significant recent related experience as a carpenter, ideally in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Secondary school completion and completion of a recognized Trade & Apprenticeship program.
• Locksmith qualifications and skills are desirable.
• Maintenance experience essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Blueprint reading is an asset.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
