Job summary

Westwood Millworks LLC in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a skilled carpenter/millworker for permanent full-time work. The role focuses on reading blueprints, preparing layouts, and assembling wood and other materials to meet building codes.

You will estimate labour and material costs, schedule work on sites, supervise 3-4 workers, and coordinate on-site activities, with opportunities to contribute to renovations in mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants as required.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of construction experience.
• Basic reading of blueprints and drawings.
• Must be able to estimate labour and material costs.

Responsibilities
