Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform demanding site work, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights, in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.
• Previous experience as a Carpenter or relevant trade certification/apprenticeship is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Metro Vancouver A, BC. The Carpenter will perform a variety of building envelope and structural carpentry tasks, including framing, rot and structural repairs, installation of rain-screen cladding systems, and finish carpentry work. Daily responsibilities include working with hand tools and power tools, assisting with window and door replacement, deck and foundation-related repairs, and collaborating with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining a safe and organized work area, and following company safety procedures and COR standards.
