What You’ll Do

As a Caretaking Supervisor , you’ll lead by example and ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and up to Edon’s standards. Your key responsibilities will include :

Supervising and supporting a team of caretakers, providing training and hands-on help when needed.

Ensuring quality through regular walkthroughs and prompt responses to urgent cleaning or client requests.

Handling scheduling, staffing, and documentation in coordination with the operations team.

Building strong client relationships and being their go-to contact for caretaking services.

• Maintaining supplies, cleanliness, and order in storage areas and ensuring proper building security.
• Provide back-up suppor t in cases of unscheduled cleaner absences

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two years of cleaning experience in a working supervisory role,with caretaking experience in healthcare facilities and clinics required
• Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
• Excellent knowledge of custodial practices
• Excellent knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and technologies
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
