Job summary

Home Instead in Vancouver is seeking Care Professionals to support aging adults in living safely and comfortably in their homes. You'll provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, offer medication reminders, and care for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Ideal candidates are compassionate, have a kind heart, and can speak Tagalog. What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication and appointment reminders
• Support individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Deliver care with patience, empathy, and respect
• Communicate with clients and families in a warm, professional manner (Tagalog language skills are a strong asset)

What You’ll Need

• A kind heart and a passion for helping others
• The ability to provide care with dignity and respect
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if driving clients)
• Ability to speak Tagalog is preferred and highly valued
• No previous experience required comprehensive paid training provided!
