Responsibilities

The caregiver will:

1. Perform personal care and patient-specific activities to assist with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
2. Help with personal hygiene care
3. Assist with dressing and undressing
4. Prepare meals and monitor food safety
5. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
6. Perform light housekeeping activities
7. Provide medication reminders
8. Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
9. Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Qualifications

• HCA / CSW certified or equivalent (previous experience considered)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with team support
• Excellent communication and listening skills
