Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver Support Coordinator located in Sechelt, BC. The Caregiver Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to caregivers by helping them navigate through various resources and services. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, creating care plans, coordinating with service providers, and offering emotional support. The role also involves organizing support groups, conducting workshops, and advocating for the needs of caregivers within the community.
