Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Canada is seeking caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Support Workers to join a casual team. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, companionship, and documentation of care plans.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and a clear background check. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning) and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Follow personalized care plans and document observations.

Your Role:
