Job summary

Alberta Innovates is seeking a Business Partner, Care Delivery Innovation in Edmonton. Hybrid work arrangement in Bell Tower, reporting to Health Innovation.

You will help design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate innovative care delivery programs across Alberta's health system. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, government partners, industry representatives, researchers and stakeholders to support program execution, measurement, and strategic initiatives driving system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, economics, or health informatics.
• 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with Alberta’s Health System and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and coordination of Care Delivery Innovation programs.
• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
• Coordinate activities with timelines, milestones, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to portfolio initiatives and stakeholders.
• Facilitate consistent processes across multiple projects and programs.
• Monitor progress and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
